Shoes

You know that moment when you realize your kids shoes are shot to crap? I hate that moment because I feel like such a bad mom---had one of those such moments yesterday after Michael's soccer game. We went over to Fred Meyer and got some new shoes. Michael is never one to get hyped up about clothes or shoes, but he is in LOVE with these shoes. When I woke up this morning he was sitting on the couch in his PJ's and new shoes watching cartoons. He is so great.

He keeps telling me how many things he will be better at because of his shoes! Aw...to be a kid again!

Now, I know all kids love to take pictures, but Isaac is just so interested at looking at things through a camera and taking pictures of everything. He can take lots of pictures very quickly and is very impressed with all of the pictures he does take. At Olivia's game, he took some pictures......a couple of my favorites. himself.

Ice cream Break

The setting: A STRESSFUL week. Now when I say stressful it just kept going and building, and the stress seemed never-ending! So I decided to take the kids out for ice cream and forget about everything! It was a great plan:) It worked, after all ice cream makes everything better!! Love Isaac's face with chocolate all over!

It was a great time having fun, eating german chocolate ice cream (I think I am addicted!), good company and just enjoying life:)

She finally lost a tooth!

Olivia has really wanting to loose a tooth for many, many months. Sunday was her lucky day!! She was excited one minute then crying because she thought she was going to bite her tongue.

Could it be possible, is she cuter than before?

Soccer

My kiddos are all playing soccer, yes, sometimes it is crazy having three different games, but, it is worth it. They are all having such a good time! And we love watching them play! Olivia is a grey shark, Michael is a Blue Warrior and Isaac is on the green team.

Isaac running around with his teammates. His coach tells them to run behind him and he couldn't handle that and had to pass the coach and show the coach that he was faster (Classic Isaac). And poor Olivia didn't get any pictures because my batteries were dead (Next week)

Bathtub Boys

Insanity.....PURE insanity!

So, one Saturday Waylon had an away game for basketball (which means he is gone from 1 Pm to 1AM) and the kids were dying to use their book-it coupons, so we went to Pizza-Hut.

And she is silly again. Going to Pizza Hut was good in theory. But, was crazy without my hubby so that is why I was feeling insane on this particular day (yes, it happens often)

And here Isaac is being crazy and sticking his hand in front of the camera. It was insane, but someday I will try it again alone.........someday is the key word!

Pinewood Derby

This year was Michael's first pinewood Derby. He was SO excited (and yet so much more than that!).

Artsy Fartsy

Well, this picture says it all! Our little artist went half of the year without getting a re-focus (like a time-out) at school. I told her if she did, she would get to pick something fun she wanted to do. So, of course, she planned to go to Artsy Fartsy. She made it of course! She is SO HAPPY. Her Butterfly is a piggy bank.

The boys also got to paint something, but they had to get something smaller, so Olivia would know it was her special thing. Michael picked a football and painted it Bronco Colors....shocking, I know!

Isaac picked a soccer ball and had a great time painting. Waylon also helped him (and had lots of fun!) and it turned out great. Here is our intense little artist. She LOVES to paint!! She is already planning another trip wwhen school gets out. GREAT JOB OLIVIA!
