Life lately...

Life has been incredibly busy lately.

Surgery. Staging the house to get it ready to sell. Included lots of Packing, renting a storage unit and de-junking (my FAV!). Waylon teaching summer school. Selling the house in a matter of days. Soccer. Waylon taking night PhD classes. Realizing I need to get a mortgage pre-approval pretty quickly {forgot how much work that is!}. Found a house we loved. Didn't get it. More Soccer. Looked at houses. Looked at houses. Found a great house. Last week got under contract for our faulous new house. Shopping for appliances. Shopping for school supplies. New Body Combat program launch at the gym. More soccer. Shopping for curtains. Family Reunion. Life has been BUSY, can you tell?

We have been spending lots of time together, but man has this summer flown!!

Today, I LOVE my family, today my house is a disaster, today my kids have been playing together non-stop, today I am happy. Today, and everyday..Life is Good

Summer Days...

I love the scorching heat of summer days.

Things just seem slower.

Like the pace of like has slowed down, barely moving.

There is more ice cream, more lazy days, more sunshine and afternoon naps. Ahhh...Summer Days! So enjoyable.

Happy Summer:)

Mormon Messages: What Matters Most

I was listening to this as I blogged this morning and just thought it was wonderful!

The Double Birthday.

The double birthday means double the fun. Ice Cream.
Princess Olivia

What cute gomer.

The girly-os.

I had to tickle my girl to get her to smile;)

Went to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate Isaac's birthday.

Michael boy.

SO cute.

Mini Golfing. Isaac loves this.

Michael.

Sweet.

Olivia's golfing skills.

Isaac getting a little crazy {cause that never happens}My Birthday Dinner. Silly Waylon and Liv.

Waylon trying to take a picture of us. Madness.

The best one he could get. What silly boys. Wonder where they get that from?

{See above picture of Waylon Jared}

Cake. Yum.

Got a new swimsuit. Yay. A cute, modest one that I love:)

A great Birthday with the best family EVER!

Father's Day

Waylon is the BEST!

I know it means a lot to say something or someone is the BEST, but here it is really true.

*Waylon is such a hard worker and a great provider.

*Waylon is patient and helps me to be more patient.

*Waylon is fun (of course). He can make anyone laugh or smile anytime. (the kids love when he puts them to bed, he tickles them loads and they love it!)

*Waylon is loving, supportive and thoughtful. He always wants his family to know how much he loves us! He supports me in all I do as well as the kids. As he puts it, "I've got your back!"

*Waylon is trying to be like Jesus. He works always at doing what is right,

and being a good example.

*Waylon is kind. In every situation.

*Waylon is happy and positive. He loves life and never complains!

*Waylon is a great friend. I am so happy that all five of us are best friends:)

We had a great Father's Day!

We made Waylon stuffed French Toast for Breakfast, Chinese Food for dinner.

We pampered him all day. Homemade Cards and gifts, a few new clothes, plus homemade trophies. They read: " Awarded world's best Dad"
A great day to celebrate a great dude.

The Bug.

Meet Michael's bug. He made it at cub scouts. He is very proud of it. I especially like the eyes.

My photographer!

Isn't he cute (or maybe you were thinking scary!)
I LOVE looking at the world through his eyes.

I know he is photographer in the making!

Soccer!

All of my kidlets are playing soccer this summer.

Isaac is on the green lightning team.

He loves soccer, and has some pretty good soccer skills, but, he is not aggressive while he plays. He will play and play but when a group congregates around the ball he backs off. He surprises me when he does that because he gets right in the middle of everything always.

He is great;)
Isaac being silly during the other kids' soccer time.

Michael watching Isaac's game.

Olivia is the BEST!

Watching Isaac's game. Being silly.

My batteries were dead before Olivia's game/Michael's practice started so next week!

Michael LOVES playing soccer.

He gets out there and plays his heart out.

He played soccer everyday during lunch recess for the last couple of years.

Olivia did great at her game. She scored a goal in about the first ten seconds.

I don't think the other team saw her coming.

She is really intense playing sports, she goes and goes (she gets that from me)

and is athletic and coordinated (she gets that from Waylon).

Watch out, what a combination!!
