Great Movie

We recently just saw this movie. Oh my goodness it is so funny!! The kids really wanted to go and see it in 3-D but that makes me feel really sick, so we stuck with the 2-D version.
Waylon and Michael
Isaac and Olivia. Our kids are all finally getting to the point that going to the movies is FUN ( I love it).
Good Movie. Great Company. Awesome Saturday Afternoon.

Dirt

So, a couple of days ago, Waylon was reading a Diego Book to Isaac before bed. It had little pictures in place of some words which Waylon let Isaac say. So, they come to a pile of dirt and Waylon asks Isaac, what is this? Isaac says, "poop." (In Isaac's defense Waylon said it kind of did look like that). Meanwhile Olivia is reading to me on the couch and Michael is reading on the couch also, when Isaac comes into the Living Room and starts talking about poop. (Keep in mind, We are trying to finish up this potty training).

Side note. Waylon told me I was the worst ever potty training mother (it wasn't in a mean way at all--just a fact) and it was actually funny. I told him I knew I was and it was easy to admit because I was SO bad at it! I have been wishing that it would just go away and I would not have to deal with it. By the way, that doesn't work!

Okay, back to the story.......so, Isaac comes in the Living Room and starts saying the word poop over and over. Michael's reaction, "gross don't say that word" Olivia--giggle, giggle, giggle. Luckily it was time to get our teeth brushed and go to the bathroom. But, ever since then, Isaac just comes into a room and says poop, or last night after he went to the bathroom and was getting on his Pj's went into the family Room where Michael and Olivia were and showed them his bottom (yes, and shook it to) and said poop, poop, poop. (Where does he come up with these ideas?) Michael and Olivia instantly give Isaac the reaction he is looking for---

"Mom, Isaac said Poop."
"Stop saying that word!"
"Mom, Isaac is being disgusting."
"Don't say that WORD."

My life is awesome.

Camping!!

A Camping we will go..........We have really wanted to go camping but this summer has just been super busy! So, we decided to camp in our backyard! Setting up the tent.
Awesome Olivia working on the poles.
Michael
Isaac

Cutest dude:)
Hard workers putting in some stakes.
While Isaac takes pictures (about 15 or 20) of the grass through the trampoline. I love how a different perspective of something changes everything.
Waylon Jared. I know I didn't get his face (he was walking to fast for my camera skills) but I still love this pic.

Cute Kids. Michael is trying not to smile for the camera.
Michael showing us some sweet magic tricks.
Cool Dude. He rocks.
Taking some pictures. Olivia got one of me and Michael.
LOVE this.

I know it is hard to see, but I love it. Michael and I snuggling.
This is us being silly.
Camping is not complete without smores.
Or just plain marshmallows (and lots of them)
Michael and his 6th or 7th smore. My kids were in heaven with all of the sugar
Of course we had to roast our marshmallows over the BBQ! I love Michael's cute sock action here. After we had smores the kiddos played tag in the dark and on the trampoline with their flashlights. They were are hyped up on sugar and up way past their bedtime--they were loving life. Nothing like a good camping trip!! Although I am looking forward to sleeping on my nice bed tonight:)

Swimming

Michael had a make-up soccer game last night. Apparently it was not at the school where it normally is and was at some undisclosed location, so we missed it. Michael was sad, so we decided to go swimming (which makes everything better you know) Even though it was after 6:00 it was still 98 degrees here. They loved splashing around!
I love my three musketeers--they are best buds. They choose to play with eachother even with other fun kids around. I love it.
My Froggies.
Chasing Birds. One of the funnest things to do. Never gets boring.

They they all take of and fly. One of my favorite things about taking the kids swimming is watching them "fly" back to the car.

I don't know if it is my artistic side of me, or just because I love this beautiful world! But, I am always seeing awesome textures, colors, and things I think would be great pictures. Here a few from a recent trip to the park....
