Melts my heart!

Michael reading to Isaac! Michael didn't actually know I was taking the picture-- he reads very animated (I love his mouth all big) Notice they are wearing their matching Super Mario PJ's--cute.
What great kids we have:)

Labor Day BBQ

This weekend some friends invited us over for a BBQ. It was a BLAST! Olivia and her friend (who is a monkey like Olivia) headed straight for the tree.
No fear.
Isaac quickly parked himself by the deserts. I am not sure how many he ate. He was sneaky about it. Michael played and played and played. Again, I did not get any pictures of him. What a good cookie!
So much FUN!!

Wednesday Fun

This fun Wednesday started out with an appointment then Isaac and I went shopping at a couple thrift stores. I was able to find a pea coat (been looking for one of these for a while), a modest dress, necklace, purse, shoes and jeans (that actually fit) and a skateboard for under $25. Yea, I love getting things on the cheap and now I feel like I am ready for fall and winter! Isaac got this skateboard and was excited to try it out. Well that lasted about 2 minutes (he was pretty tired)...
And we're done!
Time to climb. Isaac loves playing at the park at the school, so I try to go 20 or 30 minutes before school gets out so he can play!
We took Michael to cub Scouts and Libby and Isaac decided to climb the tree. So much fun.
Cute.
Olivia is WAY up there. Does it make me nervous? No, she is a monkey. She was BORN to climb and started early.
Smiley Duncan.
Goober!
Beautiful girl!
We are so blessed to have GREAT kids!!

Didn't get any of Michael :( He was already in Cub Scouts helping set up! A good day.

Count your many blessings name them one by one....

"Whatever our individual troubles
and challenges may be, it's important to pause
every now and then to appreciate
all that we have, on every level.
We need to literally
"count our blessings,"
give thanks for them,
allow ourselves to enjoy them,
and relish the experience of
prosperity we already have."

Our Savior

"We long to be close to the Lord, for we know that He loves each of us and desires to encircle us 'eternally in the arms of his love' (2 Nephi 1:15). His touch can heal ailments spiritual, emotional or physical. He is our Advocate, Exemplar, Good Shepard, and Redeemer. Where else would we look, where else would we reach, where else would we come but to Jesus Christ, 'the author and finisher of our faith?' (Hebrews 12:2)"--Anne C. Pingree
